An order confirmation indicates that the order has been received.

However, natural flowers and handmade arrangements may vary slightly from photographs.

If a particular flower, color, accessory, wrapping material, vase, or other component becomes unavailable, Kinza Flowers may substitute it with a comparable alternative while maintaining the overall style, quality, and value of the arrangement.

Where a material substitution would materially change the nature of the order, Kinza Flowers may contact the customer where reasonably possible.

All prices displayed on the website are in the currency stated at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time. The applicable price for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.
